World of Warcraft Player Housing seems to be planned for the start of Winter 2025 with the latest update to the 2025 roadmap!

Blizzard has now updated their Warcraft Direct Summary, removing the Mysterious Rune and replacing it with a house and Warcraft symbol!

Since Player Housing is coming in the next expansion, World of Warcraft: Midnight, this seems to indicate the next expansion is coming late 2025.
